Baby teeth are important as some of the teeth will remain in place until your child is 12 years old. The Canadian Dental Association recommends a dental visit as soon as the first tooth comes in, usually between 4 and 6 months. This visit is to discuss any concerns you may have about your baby’s oral health, and any concerns regarding feeding and oral habits. It will also give us an opportunity to discuss oral hygiene and offer some tips to make dental care enjoyable for you and your baby.
