At Dunbar Dental Centre, our goal is to listen to your concerns and provide you with options and treatment that meet your needs. We make sure to book enough time to do all this for you.
Sometimes things happen that are unforeseen, we get it. That’s why we are happy to change or cancel your appointment if you provide us with 2 business days (48 hours) notice. This notice allows other patients the opportunity to reserve this time.
If you provide us with less than 2 business days notice or if you don’t show up for the appointment, we reserve the right to charge a missed appointment fee as set out by the BC Dental association fee guide. If it is your first time missing or short notice cancelling an appointment, we are happy to waive the fee, because things happen. But if you have a history of doing this or if it is your second time in a row, the missed appointment fee will apply. We believe this is pretty fair. If you would like to discuss our policy with us further, we are happy to answer any questions you may have in order to foster a long-lasting relationship that is transparent and is defined by mutual respect and trust.
